Keswick Collective is ideal for a variety of events, including weddings, parties, corporate gatherings, and more. The space comfortably accommodates up to 30 seated guests or 50 guests standing.

Book your event with a 50% non-refundable deposit. In case of cancellation, we don’t offer refunds due to the reservation of your date and team allocation. However, we may offer credit (excluding the deposit) for rescheduling the event within 7 days, subject to availability.

In addition to our online booking system, we accept Apple Pay, Cash, Cash App, Credit Card, Venmo, and Zelle.

Clients are welcome to bring their own decorations. Permission is required for hanging items on walls or rearranging furniture. Basic setup is included; full setup and breakdown available for $150. Decor services start at $100.

We offer a list of preferred catering vendors upon request. While Keswick Collective does not have a kitchen, all catering should be pre-arranged and delivered. BYO wine or beer is permitted; we provide a wine fridge and a small bar buffet server.

The venue is ADA accessible. Parking options include metered street parking (free on Sundays), a nearby lot, and a larger lot at Donaldson and Parkdale behind Keswick Theater.

Events must conclude by 10 PM. Indoor smoking is prohibited; outdoor smoking is allowed with proper disposal of cigarette butts.
