Seated events allow up to 30 guests (including children). With prior approval and an additional fee, capacity may be expanded to 44. Cocktail-style events can accommodate up to 50 guests. All children must be supervised at all times.

Events must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. A $150 non-refundable booking deposit and a $250 refundable security deposit (check or money order only) are due at booking. The final balance must be paid in full within 72 hours of booking. Failure to pay in full will result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

In addition to our online booking system, we accept Apple Pay, Cash, Cash App, Credit Card (fee applies), Venmo, and Zelle.

No. All payments, including deposits and balances, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

All events must conclude by 10:00 PM, including cleanup and alcohol service. Noise must also end by 10:00 PM in accordance with local ordinances.

• Entry begins at your contracted start time, with a 10-minute grace period. 
• If you arrive late, your rental still ends at the scheduled time.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, staff may not be available to grant access, and additional fees may apply.
• Late departures are charged at $150 per 15 minutes. 
• Keswick Collective reserves the right to contact authorities if guests refuse to vacate.

Access is limited to our open layout and lounge area. The basement, storage closets, and staff areas are strictly off-limits. Security cameras are in use.

Yes. 

• All food and beverages must arrive ready to serve.
• KC does not provide refrigeration, storage, or heating. 
• Alcohol may be brought in accordance with PA law but may not be removed once opened. 
• Service must stop by 10:00 PM.

• No removal or tampering with flower wall panels or permanent fixtures.
• No tape, nails, tacks, command strips, or adhesives may be used on walls, doors, or ceilings.
• Only tabletop and freestanding décor is permitted.
• Candles must be flameless/battery-operated.
• Glitter & confetti are strictly prohibited.

If your package does not include cleaning, you must bag and remove all trash to designated outdoor bins. Otherwise, $150 will be deducted from your security deposit.

• White chairs, tables, peacock chair, bar, and electronics (JBL speaker, mics) must remain in the condition provided. 
• Damage will be deducted from the security deposit. 
• The aqua barista (water cooler) cannot be moved. 
• Coffee/tea service may only be removed by KC staff.

No DJs are permitted. Music may be played through the KC speaker system and must remain at a reasonable level. All music must end by 10:00 PM.

Yes, but all vendors must be disclosed and approved in advance. 

• Vendors must provide proof of insurance and sign a liability waiver.
• KC reserves the right to deny vendors.

The venue is ADA accessible. Parking options include metered street parking (free on Sundays), a nearby lot, and a larger lot at Donaldson and Parkdale behind Keswick Theater.

• One parking space in the rear lot is reserved for the event host. 
• Guests must use street parking or nearby lots. 
• Double parking, loitering, or blocking the driveway is not permitted. 
• Violators may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Indoor smoking and vaping is prohibited; outdoor smoking is allowed with proper disposal of cigarette butts.

• The $250 security deposit is refundable if no damages, violations, or additional cleaning are required.
• Damages exceeding $250 will result in additional charges. 
• Clients are responsible for all guests, vendors, and activities during their rental.

No. Keswick Collective assumes no liability for injury, loss, theft, or property left behind. All belongings must be removed by the end of your rental.
