Thank you for choosing Keswick Collective.  This form gathers the information we need to finalize your package, set-up, and catering selections (if applicable).

If you have not already submitted your event deposit, please do that first to secure your date.

Once this form is submitted, we will create your contract and send it to you for review and signature.

Payment Reminder:  $150 deposit is required to secure your event date & time.  The remaining balance is due within 72 hours of placing the deposit.  For catering, a 50% deposit is due within 72 hours of making a reservation.  The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your event.  All payments are non-refundable.  View our full policy and Terms of Service here.
